Get help with an incomplete image pack
Open your result page to check which images are ready, failed or pending. A confirmed failed image returns its credit once. Use that credit for a replacement. If a request is still being checked, wait for its outcome before submitting it again.
Delete an uploaded design and its results
Open a saved design or result in your private workspace and choose its deletion control. This removes access to the original and linked results while the stored files are deleted. If physical deletion is pending, the page will tell you.
