How Shirt Mockup Lab handles uploaded artwork, private mockup files, Google sign-in, payments and analytics choices.

Restoring your choices
This tab may keep garment choices and an optional scene preference in browser session storage to restore the form after a page update. A draft is valid for fifteen minutes and is removed when next checked after expiry. It does not contain your PNG or payment details.
Artwork checks and private file storage
Your browser previews the PNG before upload. Saving it places the design in a private workspace for file and image checks. Guest designs and linked results are available for seven days. Files saved to a signed-in account remain available until you delete them. Use the deletion control on a saved design or result to remove the original artwork and its linked images.
Image generation providers and original files
Generation sends your artwork, a garment reference and scene instructions to fal.ai and the selected image provider. Provider processing and retention follow their service policies. We do not offer a zero-retention guarantee for those providers. Original PNG files are stored separately from marked previews; the previews are edited copies.
Google sign-in and payment records
Google sign-in uses basic identity details to connect your saved task with your account. We do not ask for your Google password. Enter payment details through Stripe Checkout. We store the payment reference, amount and status needed to manage image credits, rather than your full card details.
Analytics choices and artwork
For visitors in the United States, visit and advertising measurement is on by default, with an Opt out control in the footer. Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA, Switzerland and all other or unknown locations choose before measurement starts. Personalized advertising stays off everywhere. Rejecting or withdrawing measurement does not prevent product use; change your choice in Cookie settings. Artwork, complete scene descriptions, email addresses and image contents are excluded from analytics events and routine logs. Server and browser error reports are kept for up to seven days and exclude names, emails, artwork, payment contents, error messages and user input.
Deletion and support requests
Contact support@shirtmockuplab.com for privacy or deletion help. Deleting a design hides it and its results from your workspace while the stored files are removed. If physical deletion is still pending, the page says so. Removing our stored copies does not promise immediate deletion from an image provider's systems.
