Failed scenes and replacement credits
A confirmed failed image returns its credit once. Use that credit for an explicit replacement; a successful replacement joins the original pack ZIP. Requests with an unknown outcome stay pending while the existing request is checked.

A completely unused paid pack can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Contact support with the order reference before using any credits from that pack. Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy and any mandatory rights. A restored image credit is separate from a cash refund.
